To prepare an accurate and legally compliant property valuation report, we request a few essential documents from the property owner. These documents help our engineers verify ownership details, assess property specifications, and match information with government records. Generally, you will need to provide: Property Sale Deed / Title Deed, 7/12 or Property Card, Latest Tax Bill, NA Order (if applicable), Approved Building Plan, Completion Certificate, Occupancy Certificate, and ID Proof of the Owner. For under-construction properties, additional documents such as Construction Agreement, Payment Receipts, Work Progress Photos, and Cost-to-Date Details may be required.
Every property type is different, so different documents are needed for different properties — for example, residential plots, flats, bungalows, commercial units, and industrial properties may each require a specific set of papers.
